Remote assistance
Remote assistance is available through TeamViewer, which is already included in any distribution of RDE or freely downloadable.
Cloud Area
A Cloud area is available for each customer for exchanging data and files.
To access the cloud areas it is sufficient to have a valid and active e-mail address.
Further instructions will be provided directly by the support staff.
For long-term shares, it is still advisable to have a Microsoft Account, which can be registered for free, using your email address https://account.microsoft.com or at https://signup.live.com/signup.
